  • Ms. Sun starts her practice in trademark field from 2009 and specializes in trademark application and prosecution, opposition and cancellation, assignment and license, as well as administrative litigation.  As an experienced trademark attorney, Ms. Sun also specializes in recognition of well-known trademarks and strategy against trademark squatters in China.  She successfully helped a world famous luxury brand obtain well-known trademark recognition in a series of cases.  

    Ms. Sun has also published several articles in both Chinese and international journals in relation to latest influential trademark examination criteria and cases.

    She is also a big fan of the fashion industry, a hobby that has become one of her advantages when she advises luxury brands in China regarding the strategy of trademark protection.
